Consent to the Distribution of Changed Medicines

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the changed medicines which were referred to the Minister of Health under the provisions of section 24 (5) of the Act and are set out in the Schedule hereto:

National Average Market Values of Specified Livestock Determination 1998

This determination may be cited as “The National Average Market Values of Specified Livestock Determination, 1998”.

This determination is made in terms of section EL 8 (1) of the Income Tax Act 1994 and shall apply to specified livestock on hand at the end of the 1997–98 income year.
