Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Entry into Possession

In the matter of section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage No. 372124.2 (Nelson Registry) from James Charles Crapper as to an undivided two-thirds share as mortgagor to Ross Allan Sharpe as mortgagee:

Ross Allan Sharpe (“Ross”) being the mortgagee under the above-named memorandum of mortgage, hereby gives you notice that on the 20th day of May 1998, he entered into possession of the mortgaged property at Pohara, Golden Bay, all that parcel of land containing 792 square metres, Lot 20, Deposited Plan 5525, being certificate of title 2A/996 (Nelson Land Registry).
