Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of May 1998, the liquidation of the above-named company commenced when the members appointed David John Bridgman of Arthur Andersen as liquidator.

Further notice is hereby given by the liquidator of SLH & PC (Products) Limited, a company voluntarily wound up by resolution of its members, that he does fix the 20th day of June 1998, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they have to priority, or be excluded from any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Further notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to make application to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (i) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar on or before the 20th day of June 1998, the Registrar will remove the company from the Register.
