The following orders were made in the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of February 1998:

1. That Phillip Louis Craig ("the bankrupt") is conditionally discharged from his bankruptcy.

2. That pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967 the bankrupt is prohibited from doing the following things after discharge without leave of the Court:

(i) Entering into or carrying on any business, either alone or in partnership with any person;

(ii) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of or being in the employ of any of the following persons namely his wife; a lineal ancestor or descendent of his; the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant; a brother of his; the wife of such a brother; a sister of his; and the husband of such a sister; and

(iii) Acting as a director or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or being concerned in the management of any company or class of company.

(iv) These conditions are to apply for a period of 2 years from the date of this order.

3. That the conditions attached to the bankrupt's discharge be published in the New Zealand Gazette (Commercial Section) and in the New Zealand Herald.

The appointment is in addition to that of Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny who already hold office as receivers and managers.
