the following resolution passed by The Southland District Council on the 20th day of November 1997:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Southland District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council as a sanitary depot and described in Schedule 1 hereto is declared to be a reserve within the meaning of the said Act, subject to the same trusts and restrictions as are attached to the adjoining Otatauu Domain".

And the Community Relations Manager further classifies the reserve described in Schedule 2 hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and vests the said reserve in Schedule 2 in The Southland District Council, in trust, for that purpose.

Reclassification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for local purpose (recreation) purposes, to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Reclassification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a local purpose reserve (kindergarten), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Reclassification of Reserve
