Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

St Joseph’s School, Taihape.
St Matthew’s School, Marton.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 18th day of May 1998. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

St Bernard’s Primary School, Brooklyn.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 18th day of May 1998. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Notice of Determination of Tax Depreciation Rates

Pursuant to section EG 14 of the Income Tax Act 1994, notice is hereby given that the Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Department has issued “Determination DEP34: Tax Depreciation Rates General Determination Number 34”, pursuant to section EG 4 of the Income Tax Act 1994. The determination may be cited as “Determination DEP34: Tax Depreciation Rates General Determination Number 34”.

Determination DEP34 will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 10, No. 6 of June 1998.

A copy of the determination is available from Inland Revenue offices.
