Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 14th day of May 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the company fails to meet the solvency requirements and is unable to meet its obligations as they fall due Hydro-Tech Limited be placed into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Glen Sumper and Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountants of Whangarei, be appointed liquidators for the purpose with the right to exercise their powers individually.
