Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of May 1998, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Wright and Carman (N.Z.) Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 7th day of January 1998, given by that company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its assets, effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital, but excluding accounts receivable.
