Rules of Casino Keno and Gaming Machines, Amendment No.2
Pursuant to section 63 of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority on 19 December 1997 resolved that, with effect from 10.00 a.m. on Friday 30 January 1998.

The game of Racing Game be approved to be conducted and played in the licensed casino at 30 - 38 Victoria Street, Christchurch.

The Rules of Casino Keno and Gaming Machines approved to be conducted and played in the casino referred to above, as set out in the Supplement dated 1 November 1994 to the New Zealand Gazette of 27 October 1994, and as amended by notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 January 1996 be amended as set out in the schedule hereto;

The Rules of Casino Keno and Gaming Machines referred to above, as so amended and as applicable, be approved as the rules for Racing Game.

1.0 Name Change
The Rules of Casino Keno and Gaming Machines are hereby amended by deleting their title and substituting the title “Rules of Casino Keno, Racing Game, and Gaming Machines”.
2.0 Table of Contents
The table of contents before Division I of the Rules is hereby amended by inserting, before “Division III – Electronic Gaming Machines”, the following.
