Termination of Dumping Investigation: Clear Float Glass From Indonesia: Third Country Dumping
Notice is hereby given that, acting pursuant to section 11 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), I have terminated a dumping investigation in respect of clear float glass from Indonesia, as described in the Notice of Initiation of Dumping Investigation of 13 November 1997 (New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 1997, page 3855), and imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand.
The reason that I have terminated the investigation is because I am satisfied under section 11 (1) of the Act that, as a result of investigations carried out, the volume of dumped imports is negligible.
Dated at Wellington this 12th day of May 1998.
JOHN LUXTON, Minister of Commerce.
A copy of the non-confidential version of the Final Report which contains details of the investigation and the conclusions reached, is available from the Manager, Trade Remedies Group, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 1473, Wellington.
