Copies of the document outlining the details of the amalgamation, the amalgamation proposal, are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Alpine Dairy Products Limited or Southland Dairy Co-operative Limited or any person to whom either of those amalgamating companies is under an obligation, during normal business hours, at:
