Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for
Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
Conservator, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy,
declares that the land described in the Schedule, is held for
conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

Schedule

Gisborne Land District—Gisborne District

4.594 hectares, being Lot 5, D.P. 8200, being part
certificates of title 2B/1439 and 2C/1264.

19.330 hectares, being Lot 6, D.P. 8200, being part
certificate of title 117/23 and all Gazette notice 212482.1.

219.2037 hectares, being Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
D.P. 8200, being all certificate of title 117/76 and part
certificates of title 117/23, 1D/241 and 100/86.

7020 square metres, being Lot 13, D.P. 8200, being part
certificate of title 2B/1439.

264.2870 hectares, being Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and
21, D.P. 8200, being part certificates of title 100/86 and
117/23.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community
Relations Manager, Wanganui, hereby notifies that the
following resolution was passed by The Stratford District
Council on 28 February 1995:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Stratford
District Council hereby resolves that the land
described in the First Schedule, held by the said
council in fee simple, and the lands described in the
Second Schedule, vested in the said council, shall be
declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning
of the said Act."

First Schedule

Taranaki Land District—Stratford District

260 square metres, more or less, being Section 1034, Town
of Stratford. All certificate of title 243/2.
