On the 28th day of April 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lifestyle Floors & Furnishings Limited be liquidated and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose, the liquidation to commence on the 28th day of April 1998.
