Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule, as local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for State School and for Local Purpose (Car Park) Reserve in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for State school and shall vest in the Crown, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (car park) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
