Trustees of Oamaru Racecourse Appointed

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager hereby appoints:

John Barrymore Rooney

to be a member of the Board of Trustees constituted under the Oamaru Racecourse Reserve Management Ordinance 1870 (Province of Otago), in place of Derek Wootton, resigned;

John Henry Rolfe

to be a member of the Board of Trustees constituted under the Oamaru Racecourse Reserve Management Ordinance 1870 (Province of Otago), in place of Joseph Connors, resigned;

Anthony Craig Spivey

to be a member of the Board of Trustees constituted under the Oamaru Racecourse Reserve Management Ordinance 1870 (Province of Otago), in place of Leslie Robert Webb, resigned.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 22nd day of April 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Dylan Wynne Hogg of 10 Ocean Crest, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, following his conviction on 22 April 1998, for an offence of failing to permit specimen of blood and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Young has ordered that a

Datsun Fairlady motor vehicle, registered No. RD 3262

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Dylan Wynne Hogg, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of April 1998.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 May 1997, which was granted under those regulations to Kathryn Dalton in respect of:

Little Little Darlings (40205), situated at 98 Eruera Street, Rotorua.

The centre has ceased to operate.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
