CESSATION OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND
Changes in Carter-Wallace Operations in New Zealand
As from the 1st day of April 1998, all of the business previously carried on by Carter-Wallace, Inc. has been transferred to a new company called Carter-Wallace (N.Z.) Inc. It has taken over responsibility for all of Carter-Wallace, Inc.βs obligations in New Zealand. This step has been necessitated as a result of financial reporting requirements in New Zealand. As a result, Carter-Wallace, Inc. will cease to carry on business in New Zealand with effect from the 31st day of July 1998.
This notice is given under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993.
