Notice is hereby given:

1. That pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, M.S. McLeod Pty Limited, being a shareholder authorised by special resolution of the company, intends to deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, a request that the company be removed from the Register of Companies on the grounds that at the date of such request the company will have ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
