Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett of Hamilton and Peter Ross McLean of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Leeson Holdings Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of April 1998.
