Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and by a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and vested in the adjoining certificates of title described in the Schedule, subject to all existing encumbrances registered on each certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

Road Realignment in the Clutha District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 23rd day of April 1998.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and:

(i) The area firstly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18B/551 Ltd.

(ii) The area secondly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7C/763 Ltd.

(iii) The area thirdly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7D/39.

(iv) The area fourthly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18B/550.
