Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:

Kaikohe Bottle Exchange Limited AK. 100067. Applicant: H. Makene, 47C Monument Road, Kaikohe.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 305 of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company was carrying on business or was in operation, or some other reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 28 working days from the date of this notice.
