Fell & Harley Nominees Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch for the removal from the Register of Companies of the above-named company, having its registered office at 38 Halifax Street, Nelson, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar by 1 June 1998, the company will be removed from the Register.

Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar to Remove the Below Companies from the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of C.E. Daniell Limited, Fletcher Consulting Services Limited and Fletcher Forests Marketing Limited (all with their registered offices at Penrose, Auckland):

Pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and subsequent to the liquidations of the above-named companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above companies from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection is made to the District Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1036, within 28 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.

Notice is also given pursuant to section 120 of the Companies Act 1993, that a general meeting of shareholders of the above-mentioned companies will be held in the offices of Fletcher Challenge Forests Limited, 3 Rockridge Road, Penrose, Auckland, on the 18th day of May 1998 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:

To receive and consider the liquidators account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To be proposed as an ordinary resolution:

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company as he thinks fit.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Creative Gardens Limited, whose registered office is situated at 980 Ferry Road, Christchurch, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Christchurch by the 22nd day of May 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned liquidators of The National Association of Personnel Consultancies Incorporated (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 392 Papanui Road, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the incorporated society be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the incorporated society has been completed.
