Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Windy Day Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 2nd day of April 1998.

A meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 16th day of April 1998, commencing at 9.30 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) To consider and vote on the following resolution:

That no other person be appointed as liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993:

(b) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.

The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:

Resolution A:

That no other person be appointed as liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Resolution B:

That the views of the creditors be conveyed to the liquidators.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy vote.

A person may only vote in person, by proxy or by postal vote if by the time of the vote the creditor has made a claim under section 304 (1) or 305 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.

Postal votes, which must be received not later than 9.00 a.m. on the 15th day of April 1998, should be sent to B. F. McCullough, Pritchard McCullough, P.O. Box 38-991, Wellington Mail Centre or 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt.

Pursuant to Section 258 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Mokau Ki Turakirae Fisheries Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 21st day of October 1997.

A meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 17th day of April 1998, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) To consider the liquidation to date; and

(b) The finalisation of the liquidation.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy vote.

A person may only vote in person, by proxy or by postal vote if by the time of the vote the creditor has made a claim under section 304 (1) or 305 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the under-mentioned companies from the Register under section 318 of the Companies Act 1993. I am satisfied that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.
