Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 30th day of April 1998.

I, Norman Stuart Main, being a member authorised by special resolution of the members of Main Insurance Associates Limited, having its registered office at Gosling Chapman, Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, propose to request that the Registrar of Companies remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the constitution.

Any person objecting to the removal of the company may do so, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
