Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the above-named society on the 21st day of March 1998, passed a special resolution appointing Gerrard Justin Toebes, solicitor of Wellington, as liquidator of the society.

The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of March 1998.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of The Basketball Referees’ Association of New Zealand Inc.
