Notice of Intention to Restore Companies to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following companies to the Register:

Turning Point 2000 Limited. Applicant: Rae Knutson, P.O. Box 237, Christchurch.

Alumco Holdings Limited. Applicant: Care of P.O. Box 21-361, Christchurch.

Pagey Farms Limited. Applicant: Simon Mortlock, P.O. Box 13-474, Christchurch.

Mt Hutt Chalets (1994) Limited. Applicant: Brophy Knight & Partners, P.O. Box 314, Christchurch.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the companies to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.

Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Companies Act 1993

The boards of Manawatu Independant Practice Association Limited and Horowhenua Medical Services Limited ("the amalgamating companies", each an "amalgamating company") hereby give notice of the proposed amalgamation of the amalgamating companies. It is intended that Manawatu Independant Practice Association Limited will continue as the amalgamated company.

The boards of the amalgamating companies hereby state that:

  • Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices detailed below, during normal business hours.

  • Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamating proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.

Notice of Statutory Demand

In the matter of section 289 of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Tango Construction Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 17 Woodson Place, Glenfield, Auckland.

To: Tango Construction Limited, 17 Woodson Place, Glenfield, Auckland.

Take notice that John Wehbe Electrical, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 84 Captain Scott Road, Glen Eden, Auckland (hereinafter called "the creditor") hereby demands payment by you in the sum of four thousand two hundred and twenty dollars ($4,220.00) which is the amount due and owing to the creditor by you in respect of electrical work completed on your behalf at the home address of Terry Ngan at 37 Ellen Johnston Place, Meadowbank, Auckland.

And take further notice that if you fail to pay the said sum of four thousand two hundred and twenty dollars ($4,220.00) or to enter into a compromise under Part XIV of the Companies Act 1993, or to give a charge over your property to secure payment of the debt, or to secure or compound for it to the reasonable satisfaction of the creditor within a period of 15 working day after service of this notice on you, then you shall be presumed to be unable to pay your debts and the creditor may file a proceeding in the High Court of New Zealand for an order that the company be put into liquidation.
