Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Brian Herbert Bockett and Ivan Raymond Booth, liquidators of Sudbury Land Co Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, High Street, Marton, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 30th day of April 1998.

Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Cheiron (1995) Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, the Shortland Centre, 55–65 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 30th day of April 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Architectural Windows Limited, Fisher Windows Limited, Lyte Ladders & Lyte Aluminium Industries Limited, Nebulite Aluminium Industries Limited, Ry-Lock Company Limited, Skottowe Industries Limited, Vistalite Aluminium Limited, all with their registered offices at Mount Wellington, Auckland:

Pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and subsequent to the liquidations to facilitate the restructuring of the group of companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above companies from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended).

Unless written objection is made to the District Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1036, within 28 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.

Notice is also given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of shareholders of the above-mentioned companies will be held in the offices of Fletcher Aluminium Limited, 32 Bowden Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, on the 30th day of April 1998 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:

To receive and consider the liquidators account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the companies has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To be proposed as an ordinary resolution:

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the companies and the liquidator as he thinks fit.

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove A. J.
