Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies Dewar Construction and Joinery Limited (in liquidation) ("the company"), which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 231 (1) (a) and 293 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar must remove the above company, whose registered office is situated at Level Eight, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, from the Register on the grounds that the the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been delivered to the Registrar, thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.
