Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 23rd day of March 1998, passed a resolution appointing John Lawrence Vague and Graemeland George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
