Notice of Approval of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Requirements Applying to the Sale of Used Electrical Appliances for Reconditioning, Parts, Recycling or Historic Collections 1997 (NZECP 53:1997)

Pursuant to section 38 of the Electricity Act 1992, I hereby give notice that on the 11th day of March 1998, I approved the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Requirements Applying to the Sale of Used Electrical Appliances for Reconditioning, Parts, Recycling or Historic Collections 1997 (NZECP 53:1997).

Copies of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Requirements Applying to the Sale of Used Electrical Appliances for Reconditioning, Parts, Recycling or Historic Collections 1997 (NZECP 53:1997), may be purchased from the office of the Chief Electrical Engineer, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 1473, Wellington.
