Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 12th day of February 1998, it was resolved by resolution of the members of the society confirmed by subsequent resolution on the 18th day of March 1998, that the society be liquidated for restructuring purposes and that Peter Clarke Gray of 1/130A Kohimarama Road, Kohimarama, Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for this purpose with effect from the 19th day of March 1998.

A declaration as to the solvency of the society has been made by the executive of the society.

The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of March 1998.

Robert John Willis, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned companies on the 18th day of March 1998, pursuant to section 231 (2) (a).

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-mentioned companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a), will be sent to the Registrar, after 22 working days from the date of this notice.

Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 10th day of April 1998, as the day on or before the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
