RULES OF ORIGIN - DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIALS

NOTICE 1998/1

In terms of Regulation 33(1)(b)(i) of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, “Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia”, the following materials have been determined:

Yarn, nylon 6, polyamide continuous filament, untextured, yarn count NOT exceeding 167 decitex BUT excluding all synthetic and artificial monofilament yarn;

Yarn, nylon 6.6, polyamide continuous filament, untextured, yarn count NOT exceeding 167 decitex BUT excluding all synthetic and artificial monofilament yarn.

This determination is effective from 4 March 1998.
