The Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) is the sum of the Normal Value established in the investigation, and any relevant adjustments made in accordance with section 4 (1) (a) of the Act in order to establish the export prices.

The New Zealand Customs Service holds a confidential list of the Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts for importation purposes, for the subject goods from South Africa.
