Declaring Road Adjoining Lloyd Elsmore Park to be Stopped in Manukau City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and that, the Pakuranga Creek adjoining the portions of road so stopped, having an average width of 1.8 metres, the provisions of section 118 (1) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, relating to esplanade reserves shall not apply; and

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (7):
(i) the piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 67781, shall be added to the adjoining recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto; and

(ii) the piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 67781, shall be added to the adjoining local purpose reserve (drainage) described in the Second Schedule hereto.
