Amending Gazette Notice—Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 7th day of October 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 16th day of October 1997, No. 150 at page 3538, by substituting:

(1) substituting (b) (i) with:
(i) Area “D” on S.O. 60547, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60547, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 51A/480, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 102438.3 and B. 188687, South Auckland Land Registry;
with the intent that the first mortgage should read B. 102438.3 and not B. 382853.

(2) substituting (c) (i) with:
(i) Areas “D1”, “L1”, “H” and “T” on S.O. 60545, now known as Section 5, S.O. 60545, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 24C/1377, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 440211.2, South Auckland Land Registry;
with the intent that the first mortgage should read B. 440211.2 and not II. 734890.

(3) substituting (c) (ii) with:
(i) Areas “G”, “M” and “S” on S.O. 60545, now known as Section 6, S.O. 60545, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 51A/480, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 102438.3 and B. 188687, South Auckland Land Registry;

Land in Waikato District Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Community Use)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (community use) and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
