Conditions

(a) Two-point lap seat belts that comply with the appropriate vehicle standard are fitted in the rear outboard sitting positions;

(b) All other sitting positions are fitted with the seat belts required by regulation 29;

(c) This exemption may be revoked at any time;

(d) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.
