Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960, and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby revoke the approval of the code of ethical conduct of University of Waikato.

Notice No. 4207 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 24th day of September 1987 at page 4456 is hereby revoked.
