Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Signwise Industries (Christchurch) Limited, whose registered office is situated at 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 20th day of February 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar must remove the company from the Register.

Note that Signwise Industries (Christchurch) Limited and Signwise Industries Christchurch (1996) Limited are separate companies.

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Procure Systems Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 11–17 Church Street, Wellington.

The removal is by request pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”) on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidators’ final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.
