Road to be Stopped in Grey District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land.
