Industry Training Act 1992

New Zealand Flooring Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Sunday, the 15th day of February 1998, New Zealand Flooring Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Flooring Industry.

It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas:

The production, distribution, sales and installation of resilient/soft flooring and associated flooring surfaces and excluding the production, distribution, sales, installation and maintenance of flooring surfaces such as slate, cement/clay tiles and pavers, ceramic tiles and natural stone and liquid floor coatings, seamless flooring and screeds, Levels 1–8.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Dive Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Sunday, the 15th day of February 1998, Dive Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Diving Industry.

It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas:

Divework instruction and occupational diving, Levels 1–8.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 (“the Act”), and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:

(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 2, 1998.

(2) Those localities and roads shown within markings identified in the legend of and appearing on the plan numbered TT9805/1, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Big Bay, Bombay, Buckland, Clarks Beach” and TT9805/2, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Glenbrook, Glenbrook Beach, Hunua, Kaiaua, Kauritutahi” and TT9805/3, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Mangatawhiri, Matakawau, Matakawau Point, Onewhero, Orua Bay, Otaua” and TT9805/4, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Paerata, Patumahoe, Pukekawa, Port Waikato” and TT9805/5, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Pukekohe” and TT9805/6, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Tuakau and Waikuku” and TT9805/7, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Ramarama, Te Hihi, Waharau, Waiau Pa, Whakatiwai” and TT9805/8, entitled “Franklin District Council Speed Restrictions at Pukekohe East” held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, are declared to be closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962; except where marked with a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas or limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976; except where marked as excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, pursuant to section 52 (2) of the Transport Act 1962, as may be ascertained from the legend. The plan and legend are hereby incorporated into this notice.

(3) The following notices are revoked:
