Notice of Hearing by Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand

The Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand will be hearing an appeal against one or more members against the decision of the Disciplinary Tribunal on Monday, 16 March 1998 at 10.00 a.m.

The hearing will be held in the Mercer Room of the Institute, Level Two, Cigna House, 40 Mercer Street, Wellington.

Under the rules of the Institute, hearings of the appeals council will normally be held in public and will be open to the news media. The appeals council also has power, in the interests of any person or in the public interest, to hold a hearing, or any part of a hearing, in private.
