Road Realignment—Glengarry Road—Hastings District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier;

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) the areas marked “B” and “D”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 10786 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 137/7, subject to mortgage 634025.1.

(ii) the area marked “H”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 10786, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 114/216.

(c) Pursuant to section 119(2), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be severance, and further declares:

(i) the area marked “G”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 10786, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 137/7, subject to mortgage 634025.1.

(ii) the area marked “I”, now known as Section 5, S.O. 10786, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 114/216.
