Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 3 Te Kuiti—Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares the area marked “V”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 49684, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1115/102, subject to mortgage B. 082105.3.

Land Acquired for Local Purposes (Historic) Reserve (Addition to Lloyd Elsmore Park) in Manukau City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Schedule is set apart for recreation ground; and

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for local purposes (historic) reserve and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land in Connection With a Road and Acquiring Land for Road in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated 20th day of November 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 4th day of December 1997, No. 169, page 4060, setting apart Crown land in connection with a road and acquiring land for road in Auckland City pursuant to sections 52 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause marked (b) the words “North Shore” and substituting the word “Auckland”.
