Amendment to Angels Notice
Pursuant to section 26R (3) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation amends the Angels Notice for Fish and Game Regions as published as a supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, issue 125 of 12 September 1997, by:
(a) at page 2942 (Eastern Fish and Game Region);
Adding to clause 1. Interpretation, the following definition:
“Wild rainbow trout” means any rainbow trout not having a fin clip mark or tag.
(b) at page 2944 (Eastern Fish and Game Region);
- Adding to clause 9. Minimum and Maximum length to be taken immediately before “All other waters; 300 mm minimum”, the following paragraph:
“No licence holder shall keep or kill any wild rainbow trout larger than 650 mm caught in Lake Tarawera between landmarks situated approximately 150 metres to the south-east of the Te Wairoa Stream mouth and 50 metres to the north-east of the Orchard Stream mouth, and extending 200 metres off shore between those landmarks.”
(c) at page 2956 (Third Schedule);
- Amending the definition of “Whole season” by substituting “from 1 April 1997 to 30 September 1997” with “From 1 October 1997 to 30 September 1998”.

Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Christchurch on the 11th day of February 1998, against Jamie Wayne Inkson for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

On the 5th day of February 1998 in the District Court at Otahuhu, His Honour, Judge J. P. Doogue ordered that the following motor vehicle be forfeited to the Crown, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985:

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 23rd day of February 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Ileen Hiriana Wilson, unemployed of 213 Range Road, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence, pursuant to section 30A of the Transport Act, from 23 February 1998, following her conviction on 23 February 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a 1986 Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. RA 7534 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ileen Hiriana Wilson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 23rd day of February 1998.

Order for Forfeiture of Motor Vehicle—Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
To: Sonny Crete Anderson.
Of: 95 Kowhai Street, Naenae, Lower Hutt.
At a sitting of the District Court at Lower Hutt this 24th day of February 1998, you were convicted of driving with excess breath alcohol, being an offence punishable by imprisonment.
This Court orders that the Nissan motor vehicle, registration No. PC 9458 owned by the defendant be forfeited to the Crown.
This Court further orders, pursuant to section 84, that you shall for 12 months from the date of this order not acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
