Retreat Holdings Limited (in receivership)

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Graham Stuart Dick and David Bryden Davidson, chartered
accountants of Invcargill and Auckland, were appointed
receivers of income of Retreat Holdings Limited (in
receivership) on the 17th day of February 1998, by Fleming
Enterprises Limited under the terms of a mortgage giving
the holders a fixed charge over the following property of
the company:

Certificates of title No. 5B/1056, 6B/1273, 6B/1275,
6B/755, 6B/756, 6B/568, 10C/711, 6C/79, 6C/76,
6B/1031, 6B/1030, 6B/802, 6B/806, 6B/795, 6B/807,
6B/791, 6A/1386, 6A/1385, 6B/456, 6A/1244 and
6B/455.

This appointment is in addition to the above-mentioned
receivers being appointed on the 29th day of January 1998
by Countrywide Bank under the terms of a debenture.
