Amending a Gazette Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road—Pa Valley Road, Dannevirke

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of September 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 9th day of October 1997, No. 147, page 3447, under the heading “Land Declared Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road—Pa Valley Road, Dannevirke” by making the area of land mentioned in recitals (b) (i) and (c) (ii) which are to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 598/25 also subject to statutory land charge 418785.1

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of January 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 5th day of February 1998, No. 23, page 527, under the heading “Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Middle Road, Hastings District” by making the area of land mentioned in recital (b), which is to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V2/459, subject to mortgage No. 644592.2

Land Acquired for the Purpose of a Road (Car Park) at Coal Creek

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for the purpose of a road (car park) and shall vest in The Grey District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Use in Connection With a Road in Selwyn District—Cass River Bridge

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is acquired for use in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
