Notice of Amalgamation of Companies

Take notice that not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice, Binding Force Limited (having its registered office and place of business at Auckland), Impact Presentation and Shredding Supplies Limited (having its registered office and name of business at Auckland) and Presentation Supplies Limited (having its registered office and place of business at Auckland), propose to amalgamate and continue as one company (being Impact Presentation and Shredding Supplies Limited).

Such amalgamation is subject to compliance with all relevant requirements of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and those matters required by the amalgamation proposal to be completed to effect the amalgamation.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of any amalgamating company or any person to whom any amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of these companies being 10B Earl Richardson Avenue, Manukau City, Auckland.
