Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned joint liquidators of Green Island Marketing Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the Second Floor, Victoria Business Centre, 53 Victoria Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies, the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 27th day of March 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
