Declaring Land Taken for Road in the Clutha District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for road which shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 19th day of February 1998.
