Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and to be vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Both areas of stopped road in the Second Schedule, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 13591, to be vested in Mary Cecilia Robinson, Margaret Maria Sullivan, Helena Annie Hall and Helena Annie Veronica Hall, as tenants in common.
