Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:

Smith Contractors Limited AK. 607746. Applicant: G. M. Smith, 3 Garden Road, Remuera.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 330 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company was carrying on business or in operation, or some other reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of the company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

The board of directors of MAS Technology Limited (“the company”) gives notice of a proposal for the amalgamation of the company with South Amalgamation Sub Limited. The amalgamated company will be called MAS Technology Limited and will carry on the previous activities of that company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of the company, being 24 Bridge Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington, during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection at the offices of Kensington Swan, Level Three, 89 The Terrace, Wellington, during normal business hours, by any member or creditor of the company or any other person to whom the company is under an obligation.
